Description of Work: Called three times and left messages twice in order to give them a chance. I wanted to use a person from Concord, but Troy never called back. Ok maybe he and his family is on vacation or maybe they are facing a family challenge, I can understand if you leave that on your message but the only thing the message said was that he would get back to me. Unfortunately you are still in a business and based on my experience this is all I can say.

+ -1 moreTroy has been very responsive coming our right away when I first called to look at my property. My yard is in need of an overhaul but Troy was willing to help keep it look as maintained as possible until we can reseed. The first visit was amazing - the yard looked great. We then had a couple of weeks where the edging wasn't done and the patio and drive were still covered in grass but after talking with Troy he was quick to respond and remedy the situation. I will continue to use Alien because of Troy's responsiveness and his desire to provide excellent service.
Description of Work: Alien Lawn Care maintains my yard on a bi-weekly basis.
