Scheduled an on-site meeting with Vince to get an estimate for a concrete foundation for a planned metal garage. I initially left a message and Vince called back promptly to schedule the on-site visit. Vince and JR arrived late on a Friday to meet with me at the planned construction site. Although the site survey seemed very thorough, both my wife and I smelled alcohol on them. However, they did a comprehensive job of looking over our requirements and promised to provide an estimate to our email address - we never saw one. Instead, JR called the next evening with a verbal estimate - again, it appeared he had been drinking. We never received any formal estimate and opted not to call back.
Description of Work: Arrived on property to provicde on-site estimate for concrete work - never got estimate
