Blue Ridge Small Engine

Awesome service. The staff is courteous and informative, from the front desk to the shop to the owner. We were kept informed of cost and came in below estimate. Tech even did some welding when found part was no longer available for my machine. Great people to work with.

They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! I cannot say how bad they are. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. They are incompetent. It was a total nightmare. I had to have someone else fix my mower and they fixed it on the first try for much less money! Blue Ridge Small Engine never even offered a refund.

I was told it would take about 5 days; a year and a half later and it still wasn't fixed. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. The work was incomplete, and what little work was done was done unsatisfactorily. I ended up taking it to another repair place where it was fixed in about a day and a half. The owner has repeatedly told me that he was ordering parts, and the next time I spoke told me that he forgot to put it on the last order but would do it this time.
