+ -1 moreThe do charge $70 to pick up the equipment, but that covers the pickup and the return of the equipment, so you only pay it once. That said, they called me a few days after the pickup with the quote for the repairs, which I thought was very reasonable considering I don't have the tools or the knowledge to fix a riding mower. My only disappointment was that it took as long as it did to get the mower back. STI picked up the mower on the 5th of May, and I got it back on the 18th of May. They did a really good job of fixing it, and even tuned it up, so overall I am not disappointed in their service.
Description of Work: Picked up my broken riding mower and took it to their shop to fix the damaged drive belt.

+ -1 moreThe mower is pretty big and they came and picked it up because I don't have a trailer. They were able to pick it up and take it back to their facility, and do the repairs and bring it back. There were some good reviews about them. They’re very professional. They’re very good with the things that they sell. They are a Toro dealer and are very good for repairing Toro stuff. I think they supply a lot of commercial and professional lawn care services. They’re very good and I actually go there for all my lawn care stuff now. They are excellent overall.

+ -1 moreThey didn't tell me up front they charged a minimum of $35.00 whatever was done. They didn't even show me how to remove the reel!! Also told me they cranked it and replaced the gasoline-not true-housing was very dirty and no dirt wiped off. If they had even unscrewed the gas cap I would have been able to tell. I am an older, single woman....say no more. I have found a very reliable private repairman now and would never purchase anything from that place!
Description of Work: Took in my weedeater-couldn't get the string reel off simply because I didn't know the trick to it.
