+ -1 moreWe were told we could return products if they did not work or were not the right fit, but when we tried to return 10' of hose for 15' of hose, we were told they could not accept a return - and charged us additional amount. We purchased almost $400 worth of products from them and they could not swap out 10' of hose for 15' , The man behind counter rolled his eyes when we stated we had the wrong length of pipe. Very stingy and not customer friendly; go somewhere else where they accept returns or swaps and respect their customers - like Lowes. Will not shop here again....

+ -1 moreJoe is wonderful. He is very ethical, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He helped design the pond with waterfalls and aquatic plant. He came right when he said he was going to and the pond is beautiful. I would highly recommend him as the quality of the work speaks for itself. He put the fish in there and did all of the work to it. He was easy to get a hold of and talked to us about the entire process, he was very involved.
Description of Work: Living Waterscapes constructed a 1500 gallon fish pond in our yard and they also maintain it.
