They were pretty good.

I spent $1500 for him to move the first tree and we used him again because we had him remove a tree before. He did a good job and he was professional.

They were nice and they did the job, however the destruction was very heavy.

They haven't been able to complete the job yet, because of the weather conditions here in North Carolina, but they did show up on time to give us an estimate and an overall evaluation of the project. Like I said, because of the current weather conditions, they've been extremely busy dealing with some problems that are more urgent than my job is. Mine is basically, more of a cosmetic tree thing, but they have been calling me on a weekly basis, giving me updates of where they are in the schedule and they do send a man out about once a week to check the area. Apparently, the ground is too soft for their equipment right now, so we're just kind of waiting on that to dry up a little bit. I probably contacted about 8 different tree companies, made appointments with about 4 of them and, the one I'm currently using, is the only one that showed up at the appointed time and if they were running late they called us ahead of time to let us know. The others said they would be there, we took some time off from work and no one ever showed up or called us. I would say that they're punctual and reliable as far as call backs are concerned, and following through. I can't judge their work right now at this point because the job hasn't been completed.

He is fabulous, inexpensive and cleans up after the job is finished. All I have to do is give him a call, he comes out to give an estimate and then within the next couple of days he finishes the project very efficiently. I trust him to work even when I'm not home.
