 + -1 moreTony responded and was very friendly and had the locket fixed in 15 minutes. Mom thought she was having a problem unlocking the door after he left, so I called him back and he came back out.. Turns out mom (who is blind) was not pushing the door handle properly. Tony helped make sure she was comfortable with the lock before he left and did not charge for the return trip. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Doorknob exterior lock set broke and door would not close. This was my elderly moms house. I had tried to fix it but could not.

 + -1 moreThis locksmith was good. It took them a while to get us into the home we own though. They did get to us right away and in the long run, they are who I would call again and again for my locksmith needs. I think the prices are fair and overall, I would call myself satisfied.
Description of Work: We used this locksmith several months ago to re-key several houses that we own. We did not have a key to get into one of the houses so they completely had to let us in. We were locked out. They re-keyed about three doors on our home at that point in time.
