Mennella and Son Plumbing Service

They were awesome. Put in an entire new water heater for us. Their work was great and the father and son worked extremely well together. I highly recommend them if you have any pluming issues.

This is a father and son team that really works well together. Dennis initially wolked me through the spec of the tankless waterheater to be installed. Some additional components were needed and these were advised up front. Between the extreme cold and snow storm, they were able to get to us and complete the installation without any issue. They did a great job, hauled all the old equipment and trash away. Nice to have hot water again and we have found a plumbing team we would hire again without question. Thumbs up to Mennella and Son.

Dennis and Matthew were not only professional but they didnâ t mind at all explaining and showing this ignorant lady what they repaired and how it functions! To my recollection no one that has done any work for us had explained what was done and how it works! I would recommend them for any plumbing need! They are the best!!!!

They were so professional and so nice. I woke up to no hot water on Saturday morning and proceeded to try to find out who can take care of installing a new one. Menella and Sons reached out and made a couple of suggestions for sizes that would work in the space I have. By the evening I had a new hot water heater installed and one that will fit my needs much better too! Iâ m very pleased with my experience and highly recommend .

Cannot be happier with the service and response from Mennella. They called me back at 7p when we realized our tankless water heater was leaking profusely. He Facetimed with my husband, helping walk him thru how to turn off water to the heater so we didn't have to turn water off to the house. Was at my house the next morning as soon as he could pick up a new unit. Did a phenominal job installing the new unit. Serioulsy, if I could give 6 stars, I would! HIGHLY recommend!!

When our hot water heater failed and the home warranty company denied our claim, I was contacted by Dennis through this site rapidly. . He explained all options, took his time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and the costs associated with the job. We decided to go with Dennis at 5:00 on a Tuesday. They were on site Wednesday morning and had the job completed (tankless water heater install with LP hookup) the same day. They even stayed over to explain the settings, operation and maintenance requirements of the new unit, and walked through the warranty as well. Work site was left better than when they started. They even corrected an issue with my crawl space de-humidifier without prompting. Being in the customer service business myself, I would want nothing less from my employees than what Dennis and son provided. 8 out of 5 stars given.
