Mike was available quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and went above and beyond with his professionalism and kindness.

Since this was on Sunday PM, had no idea I would be able to get a repairman. Called Rogers Heating and Air and Mike answered his phone. I explained situation and he said he was booked pretty heavy next day but try and work call in. He did and found the system was totally out of Freon. Since the unit had been in for 12 years, we decided to go with a new, more efficient system. (He got it cooling until he could install new system.) New system was installed on 08-22-2016, Perfect install !! Rogers Heating and Air is a very trustworthy and excellent company to do business with. Will continue to use for maintenance and highly recommend to other people.

From start to completion it was a wonderful experience...They came on time, did great job and were absolutely great to do business with...we can't say enough good things about Mike and his people...one of the best things is that they did not make a mess of anything...left everything totally clean....Mike also did a fabulous job of explaining how the system should be programed to get the most out of the unit and save on electric costs....Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Rogers Heating and AC to anyone!

First appointment (for a Tuesday) for estimate was re-scheduled (for Thursday), but Mike Rogers called to indicate the need for the change. He appeared promptly on the re-scheduled date, gave a detailed plan for work required as well as his price for the work to be completed. Mr. Rogers stated that, should he be chosen for the job by the following Monday, he could order the unit and have it completely installed by Tuesday of the week after. On Monday afternoon I called him to request he go ahead with the job. He ordered the unit, re-arranged his schedule, and had the unit installed, calibrated and working properly by Friday of the same week (4 days sooner than originally promised).
