He came the very next day after I called, measured and gave me a bid. It was installed last week in a timel manner, and it is gorgeous.

We needed our outside hand-railing reconditioned and wanted to also make changes to them to better match our cast iron doors. He was very easy to work with. When he came to do the estimate, he gave us different options and helped us decide on what we wanted. After we decided on what we wanted he gave us the estimate of the cost and when he would be able to complete the job. He completed the job when he said he would and for the amount he said it would cost. He also kept me informed the whole way through the project. I am very happy with the finished product and the job he did.
