+ -1 moreMost pleasant business experience ever. Good quality work done quickly with little inconvenience and lots of professionalism. Ask only for deposit on materials, balance paid when job is finished and he and the customer is satisfied. Impressed. Should be called painless roofing.
Description of Work: Came in for my insurance company and Repaired storm damage then covered my roof with nice white metal roofing and replaced all the gutters with seamless guttering and down spouts. I could not find a local provider with insurance and references. Most were overpriced and slow in completing the job. Two companies we had were booked and do not hire extra help. He brought trained and schooled employees, in 2 days they were finished, he inspected and had them use a machine that rolled the yard for tacks and metal. They removed all old shingles and materials.The insurance company found not one issue and were well pleased. he did many more roofs in this area and all have been well pleased and referred him to others. They worked 7am to 7pm, and I have 3 roofs total. My neighbors were months getting their work completed. I give the fine fellows of Jo's Roofing a big thumbs up, and 2 years later, still dry-the extra insulation you do not get with shingles helps a lot. Cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Still looks bright and clean, very happy customer. They travel to many states and accommodate customers very graciously.

+ -1 moreWhenever I asked for a color, they didn’t deliver that. I asked for chocolate brow and they got reddish brown instead. I’m not too happy with that part. I had a sample of the color and they said they have that. After the roof was installed, it was reddish brown and not the color I asked for. Their price was pretty good. One of the roofer was a smoker and we have a fish pond there. We found cigarette buds in the fish pond. That’s the only place it could have come from. I would not use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Jo's Affordable Roofing for roofing. We had a roof put on.

+ -1 moreOur roof was leaking so I had them install a new metal roof. After a month it started leaking again. I had a 2 year warranty. The son in law came out to look at it and informed me that they didn't put foam under the roof, so water could easily get it. The tin also didn't cover the corners. They tired to fix it at first, but then realized it would be too much work. The owner didn't come back once to look at it. It just keeps leaking and now I have $30,000 worth damage.
