Description of Work: Put in a new drain field in our back yard. Their tractor sat in our backyard for nearly a month before they got to the work. When they did get to it, the whole process only took one day. Now I have to hire a landscaper to get the yard back to level and remove all the roots left laying on the ground.

+ 0 moreA plumber we contacted recommended Transou's for septic work. We called them on Saturday, and they promised to call as soon as they had an opening. They called today (Monday) and came right over. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and the price was better than most we had seen. We are glad for the plumber's recommendation of this company, and we would definitely recommend them to others.

+ 0 moreTHEY SENT ME A BILL AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM, BUT I CALLED HIM AND HE WAS VERY NICE ABOUT IT. IT WAS JUST A COMPUTER ERROR. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY.
