I have defective shingles on the roof that are falling off. From the beginning they told me that it was a turn key home. They said they would do everything start to finish. I was suppossed to have a deck off the bedroom. They told me later that it wasn't included in the package. Then I had to refinance because they didn't do the job on time. The third problem was that when the house was built, the shower doors weren't included with the shower. I had to contract somebody to make customer doors for my showers which cost me over $2000 dollars. I have defective shingles on the roof that are falling off. They are suppossed to last 30 years. I called Topsider and they said that the Shingles weren't included in the contract. I told him that I didn't have any control on picking the shingles. They left live wires in my attic too. I am disabled and can't work anymore. I do not have $5000 to fix the roof. My insurance agent came over and said the roof is going to fall off. They will not cover this because they are defective.
