 + -1 moreWell over a month ago in May, said he would come on a Tuesday via text messages. Then he said Friday. Then he said Tuesday. On and on. One time said the supply store ran out of a sealant he needed. Asked one last time the last week in June. He said -"this week" . 4 perfect days of weather M-Thursday. Never called, never showed. I texted him to forget it and don't even reply. Two months have past by!
Description of Work: I had an habitual leak around my chimney into my bathroom. I told him I had the bathroom redone and wanted to get this leak finally fixed the correct way. Del the owner said it needed flashing replaced and resealing etc. Cost estimate $850

He was on it and he understood out situation and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I have been using him for about a year.

 + -1 moreWe first talked on the 26th after another roofer failed to show up and do what was discussed. Del came out as promised, inspected the roof and recommended repairs. Price was extremely reasonable. He first said that it would the the first of the week before he could get it worked into his schedule. He called back later the same day and had moved his schedule around to be able to do the repairs on the 29th. Very friendly, professional and man of his word. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Outstanding. Delbert is a great communicator and keeps you informed of when he's ill be arriving.. We have had an incredible amount of rain the past two months which resulted in numerous reschedules. I did not waste time wondering whether he was coming or not. I knew Delbert came today and performed the work which was done in a very timely and organized matter. The work was to repair and correct damage to the roof resulting from shoddy workmanship by the original installer. Upon completion of the work he explained what he found and the related repair. Overall a pleasant experience. Pricing was fair. He stayed within his estimate

 + -1 moreWe discovered a leak that was about to damage interior ceiling. Guessed that it was coming from old flashing around a vent. Not knowing anyone who did this type of repair, I found Roof Leak Solutions in the Yellow Pages.He suggested he run by and take a look. Del came by the same day, confirmed the location of the leak, and gave me a quote. I okayed the repair and he was on site the next morning. They replaced the flashing and as preventive, replaced flashing around another vent that would have leaked soon. All around excellent service and work.
