From first contact to completion, Paul was outstanding. He responded quickly to schedule a time to come look at the job. He showed up when he said he would and delivered his quote when he said he would. His quote matched his final price and was equal to or below two other quotes received for the same job. The work was done quickly and professionally and passed inspection easily. Highly recommended.

We have had an issue for some time with our outside outlets and lighting. I called Paul and he came out within a few hours. He was very professional and found the issue quickly. The cost for the repair was minimal which was even better. I had him quote two other projects for the near future and I have to say I am very please overall. He will be back very soon!

I reached out to Paul at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon. He is normally closed on Saturday, but valiantly went above the call of duty to help me out. I needed an honest assessment of the work to be done, and was concerned that there could be huge issues with the existing electric infrastructure. Paul honestly assessed the work to be completed and set to work on resolution. Found a bathroom GFCI switch I did not know I had and flipped it for me. (OK, that is embarrassing). He'd run a very few minutes behind did not charge me, which I thought he should've -- a few minutes is not an issue -- I think he was just giving me a break because I'd called unnecessarily. Easy to reach, will certainly call him again.

Paul was very pleasant and accommodating but very professional. He was obviously knowledgeable and described to me what He was doing in lay terms that I could understand so I could make an informed decision about what I wanted him to do. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He cleaned up when finished, leaving the space like he found it.

Paul is a very nice person. He returned calls promptly and always notified us if he couldn't arrive when he said he would. He is polite and takes pride in his work...and he is very fair in his pricing. He worked a total of 4.5 hours and charged $221.00 including labor and material. We plan to use him again, next week.

He was the nicest, easiest person to work with. He was there to do the work the same day and went above and beyond what I expected. I will call him for all future electrical work we need.

Paul is wonderful! Our living room has a tongue and groove wood ceiling. It's vaulted and angled with no attic above it. I had other electricians come out, only to tell me that installing ceiling fans and recessed lighting was impossible. However, Paul spent time brainstorming ways in which it could work. It was a complex job that no one else was willing to tackle. He worked with a friend -- Richard Byers, who owns a company called Handyman Unlimited -- to complete the job. They managed to do all the work in one day. Their work was meticulous -- they actually made a small cut along the grooves in order to remove a board and run the wiring to a wall that bordered the attic. Now, you can't tell which wood board was cut (they stained the edge to match the existing ceiling so it's invisible). It looks as if the house was designed and built with the fans and lighting -- no ugly wire molding. And they function perfectly. The price was more than fair for the amount of work involved. I'm so impressed and happy with the final result!

PT Electric was very fast in responding. I tried to replace a light bulb in our vaulted ceiling and the whole housing fell out from the ceiling. I had company coming over the next afternoon from out of town. I called PT Electric that night and he called me back within the hour and came out the next morning to fix the light. He was very professional and would call them again to do any electrical repairs.

A small job, to be sure, but an excellent experience. Was referred to Paul Murrell by Handyman Unlimited. I had always had my electrical repairs handled by one of the large companies in the Clemmons-Winston area. I called Paul to see if he could handle the job in the next couple of days (I called on a Thursday afternoon).. He listened to my description, said he could take care of the job between other appointments, and he was at my home in 30 minutes. I provided the photo sensor, Paul provided the installation. Paul was quick, efficient, and courteous. I also asked about other work that I may decide to have completed in the future: installation of some wall light switches and under-cabinet kitchen lighting. Paul was very patient and explained very clearly what would have to be done and the approximate costs. I will definitely call on PT Electric in the future.

We have worked with Paul for a number of years, most recently on 3/13/15 for a bathroom fan installation. We always contact Paul because he always responds promptly, arrives when he says he will and does an excellent job each time. The bathroom fan installation was no different, even after some unexpected things popped up that required some additional work. I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

I would use Paul again if the need arises. Paul was informative and patient with questions and he made good recommendations . He was very friendly and yet professional. He was neat while working and when he left everything was clean. The results are amazing and I am very happy with all the new lighting in my kitchen, thanks to Paul and his suggestions for dos and don'ts.
