+ -1 moreThe first month or so, Phelps was coming over regularly and was doing a good job. They took a vacation for spring break. When he left, it became very difficult to get a hold of Phelps. They stopped returning my phone calls and when they did answer, they would tell me they were way behind. They never returned to cut my grass so I had to find somebody else.
Description of Work: Scheduled lawn care (cut the grass and weeding)
