+ -1 moreI am not saying they were not polite, but were very unprofessional and did not get back with me after saying they would. It was very disappointing I could have found someone else, but I thought they were maybe busy. Without a call back I had no way to tell. This is no way to do business. I was sad to see they have literally no customer service.
Description of Work: The provider gave me an estimate. I called them because they did my neighbors lawn. They said we are in your area Tuesday and Wednesday and I will come by to do an assessment. Tuesday and Wednesday passed and nothing. I called them back on 7/18/14. He said oh yea I will give you a call right back. I waited another week and got no call. I called 7/23/14 to ask if they were still interested if not that is okay just let me know. Again no response and this is the day they were supposed to be in my neighborhood.

+ -1 moreThey are very professional and do a good job taking care of the lawn. They are responsive to my particular needs such as needing maintenance completed on an alternate day due to an upcoming party. I will continue using them in the future.

+ 0 moreBig talk -- no action. They essentially dug a trench in my back yard that is completely swamped with water runoff by even a slight rain. The owner said that he'd come back during a rain storm to see how it performs: NOT. These guys have basically torn up my back yard, cost me money and accomplished nothing or made the problem worse.
Description of Work: Presumably, they put a french drain running the length of my back yard to control water runoff from my neighbors.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with the work Let It Grow did for us. Not sure if they're still in business though... tried to call but the number listed was no longer in service.
Description of Work: Removed broken fence panels from back yard (snakes included!) Cleared trash and debris from another area of the yard so grass could regrow. Cleared overgrown pokeberry and tree limbs from the fenceline and moved several palettes of rock for us. Completed rock walk — did an excellent job.
