+ -1 moreWe had the basement flood due to blockage of the city septic line under the street. Mr. Hepler installed a backflow valve. He was extremely professional, polite, communicated clearly and showed up when he said he would. Price was very reasonable compared with a couple other quotes we had received. We definitely plan on calling him again for future plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreOutstanding. We needed to have the water lines to the downstairs bathroom sink moved prior to renovation and have a leaky upstairs tub and toilet repaired. Instead of relying on the contractor's plumber, I contracted Helper Plumbing for the job - based on excellent past experiences. I left a key for Bruce and he moved the pipes and fixed the leaks. He left the bill and an expanation of what was involved on the kitchen counter. Hepler plumbing is by far the best plumbing service we have ever used. I would not recommend any other plumber!
Description of Work: Bruce moved water lines to a sink in our bnathroom (prior to renovation) and has repaired leaky toilets and baths.

+ -1 moreHeplers Plumbing is reasonably priced and does a great job. Since this person lives in our neighborhood he was responsive and punctual. We were not inconvenienced at all as this job only took about three hours. The tub is fixed and there are no leaks.
Description of Work: Hepler plumbing came over and tore out a bathtub to fix leaky pipes. They were fast and cleaned up well afterwards.
