He took the time to tell me I would need a different service, rather than a home inspection, and would get me in touch with that person as best he could. I appreciate his time in handling a problem even though I am not giving him business right now. I will keep him at the top of my list for any future home inspection needs

+ -1 moreRyan arrived on time and was very professional. He encouraged me to follow him through the house and welcomed any questions I had. He was very friendly and knowledgable about his business. He was able to make recommendations about necessary repairs that needed to be made. He took approximately 3.5 hours to conduct the inspection. I would definately use Ryan in the future and recommend him to friends and family who need an excellent inspector.
Description of Work: Ryan conducted a thorough home inspection. He climbed on the roof and inspected the shingles, ridge vents and gutters. He went into the crawlspace and inspected the foundation walls, insulation, plumbing and electrical wiring. Ryan performed an extensive walk through of the interior and went into the attic space to inspect insulation and framing.
