FLYNN'S PAINT SERVICE

Barry was always on time and did excellent work. I received three quotes from other vendors and he was the cheapest. My decorator recommended him and he was affordable so I chose his service. I began with the back half of my condo, two beds, two baths and two closets. My theory was whichever painter I chose, if they didn't do a good job I could pick a different painter for the front half of the condo. I am a very meticulous person and I would say less than ten percent of vendors live up to my expectations so the odds were against Barry. He showed up on time, always answered his phone, great communication, no surprises, very polite, great price and excellent work. I was very impressed and will use him for all my future painting needs. Needless to say he was chosen to paint the front half of my condo and he always exceeded my expectations.

Barry Flynn did a great job painting my house. He was dependable, neat and professional. During the job Barry made sure my plants and shrubs were protected. He picked up after himself each day with equipment and ladders being neatly organized in the back yard. His painting was neat and crisp. Upon completion the house looked great!

The job went very smoothly. Barry stuck to the schedule he presented and let us know at each step what he would do and when he would do it.

We have used Barry Flynn twice before for exterior painting (we've done our own interior painting). He does his own work although his wife apparently helps sometimes. We didn't specify a date to have him begin, but he started the work about 2 months after we called him. If we'd been in a rush I expect he would have started sooner. He has good eyes for matching paint & was patient about us changing our mind on front door color. He found some rotted wood & helped us find a carpenter to get it repaired. He is reliable & trustworthy & had access to our home when we were at work. I expect his prices are competitive but we've been so happy with his work over the years that we didn't get bids. He took about 2 weeks (there were a couple rainy days) to complete the work. He isn't obtrusive, is available by his cell phone & is good about communicating when he is coming and going.
