 + -1 moreI don't have bugs which is nice. He is very thorough with his work. He will also do tests in addition to his normal pest routine. He is very punctual. He services a large area and is able to get to me when he is suppose to. He is very reliable.
Description of Work: He does interior and exterior work.. He comes four times a year and $55 a visit.

 + -1 moreEvery year, they send me a notice in the mail when I need to schedule my inspection. I usually have trouble getting a hold of the inspector and have to call twice. However, eventually I get a hold of someone and they come by to do the inspection and I mail in my payment. So far no issues and I have no termite damage.
Description of Work: Inspected exterior of house and applied treatment. I had a termite bond with them for the past 3 years.

 + -1 moreTHEY GIVE YOU A WARRANTY IF YOU FOLLOW THEIR SUGGESTIONS. HE WORKED AROUND OUR BUSY SCHEDULE. WE WERE RELIEVED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TERMITES AND HE COULD GET RID OF THE CHIRPING COMING FROM THE BASEMENT.
Description of Work: THEY INSPECTED OUR HOME FOR PESTS. THEY SPRAYED FOR SPIDERS AND PUT DOWN PELLETS FOR CRICKETS.
