First, let me share how amazing the customer service is!!! Mrs. Gina is amazing, responsive and even followed up with me when I had a previous company cancel on me. This young man Evan, prompt and on time!!! He communicated prior to arriving with ample time for me to be present. He is very knowledgeable about smart thermostats which was what I needed. Because he is so knowledgeable he was able to make me aware of something I did not know, that my Heating unit was wired to run off emergency heat. Thank God, he shared that with me so I can have the maintenance address that for me, so my winter bills won't be so high. He is so mature, professional and a natural educator, I know this because I am one too and he did not hesitate to educate me well on this AC/ Heating system and what would be required for a smart thermostat install. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness and your time. The price was reasonable. When I purchase my house you will be my people!!!
