They were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the trees, how to care for them, and what they needed. Bobby's was willing to do more work for about the same price as the other companies. They exceeded my expectations, came when they said they would, and they kept in touch and sent me photographs of what they were doing while they were in process. I called them several times and never got the run around. They always remembered you when you called.

promptly responded to my email via angies list, came and did estimate in person same day and preformed work the next day at agreed upon time and for agreed upon price.

Did not choose this provider due to price and approximate time for service. We had used Bobby's tree service in 1998 and was very pleased with their service at that time.

The workmen were there at the agreed upon time, worked steadily all day, and had the trees down in one day. They were polite and checked if there was anything around the trees to be cut down that they needed to avoid dropping the trees on. I will definitely use this company again when I need more trees cut down. Their price was the most reasonable and they did a good job for me.

Really really good. They were efficient and they came out quickly to the estimate and they came within a week to do the work. They did a good job. I'd probably have them come again. They were very very good. They called me right back. A little high but they did a good job.

Bobby's Tree Service arrived on time and used a "spider lift" (like a cherry picker bucket lift, but smaller and mounted on a caterpillar track instead of a big truck) to expertly remove a 90-foot tall, very dead pine tree that was about 50 feet from our house, and also a live 60-foot tall pine tree that was leaning at an angle over a fence and neighbor's property. They carefully steered the spider lift to straddle our young blueberry bushes, and took down the trees piece by piece from the top down. The wood and brush was collected and ground up in a chipper truck and they cleaned up very nicely, including blowing the sawdust off the driveway. Overall, a very professional job for a reasonable price, comparable to other quotes. Highly recommended !

We were impressed by the efficiency of the work ... the guys were like a well-oiled machine. Everything was left impressively tidy, and they have the appropriate machinery and equipment to get things done right. We intend to use them in the future for additional yard clearing and development. Prompt and courteous communication.

Trimmed off large branches, hauled off debris, cleaned up area. It did take a little while for them to make it out here, but they said it would when they scheduled (they are very busy). I was very pleased with the service. One side of my house has seen very little sun due to the trees hanging over the home. I do like the trees, but they were touching the roof and I had concerns about the threat of ice in the winter. They inspected the trees and did the trimming, cleaned up and off they went. The bid was very competitive compared to others. They had professional equipment which was required for this job. Very professional job, and I was very pleased with service. Thanks!

The service was done in a timely matter. I was very pleased with the job. They cleaned up the work area very well. The price was very comparable to other estimates. I will certainly use them again for other services they provide.

The quality of the work was excellent and everything is cleaned up. There is never a mess behind. They are prompt in setting up an appointment. And are prompt in coming and giving an estimate. They work with you on when it is convenient for you to have the work done. There is never any guessing when they will show up or when it will be finished.

Removal all trees (but 4) in back yard and let clean up for 9/5 date. Cut and cleaned up all trees in at side of house and in front yard. Came back on 9/5 and removed additional trees in back of house. All stumps were removed and disposed of and the back yard was cleaned up properly. They cleaned up area by putting remainder of trees cut down area. Area was left perfect.

Came quickly and provided estimate, returned fairly quickly (considering area wide storm damage) and performed work in one day. All went well and according to estimate. Very professional transaction.

The job was done very well with a Professional team, managed by Tony who is very personable. They completed the job in a little over two hours with 6 workers, who were all very polite and anxious to please. I would definitely use this service again.

It was excellent. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do. Actually, I had to leave the premises. I didn’t know exactly when they were coming. They said they were coming and then they came and when I came back home, the tree was gone and everything was cleaned up. I hardly even saw a scrape on the ground where a tree or anything fell or anything. They did an excellent, excellent work. I saw few dusts and that was about it. I had 3 rose bushes right close by within 3 feet of the tree and nothing was damaged. The price was reasonable.

We contracted with Bobby's tree service on May 1 2014 to come and take down 10 large trees in back, trim low branches from several areas and grind a large stump and root. He told us they would be here in about 6 weeks. We called during the 5th week to see if we should plan on them coming the next week. This call was not returned. At the beginning of the 7th week we called again and they came the next day. There were about 6 men and they worked without break in 90 degree heat. They did everything stated in the contract. However I was very disappointed in removal and clean up. They left large trucks and equipment on the lawn overnight creating brown spots on the lawn. They left cut branches laying on ornamentals in the front too long and the ornamentals will not be back until next season. They left branches hanging in trees and did not remove limbs and debree from some areas. Originally wanted them to remove from the property the wood chips from the grinder. They talked us into allowing them to blow the chips into the tree area in back. We insisted it be in the very back and not in piles. Instead the grinder was never moved and they blew the chips into the front of the area 2 to 3 feet high in some areas. Now we have to shovel and rake to even these chips.There is a deep hole from where the stump and root was removed. I thought we had agreed they would refill the hole with the ground debree. Instead it is in a large pile that I am now trying to shovel and rake to fill in the hole. I understand how a small seasonal business has to crunch in as many jobs as possible but felt mistakes were made because of the speed the men worked. We had a similar job done about 10 years ago by another company. When they were done I could not even see they had been there except all the work had been done. We chose Bobby's this time because the price was lower. Now I know why.

Bobby's Tree service did a good job with trimming the trees and cleaning up the dead branches from the yard. After looking over their work we noticed that some of the branches around the chimney did not get cut back. We talked directly with Bobby and he had his crew come back out and correct the over site. They were very quick to get our job done (as we were on a tight timeline) and everything was done to our satisfaction.

All went well and I was pleased with their work, until this Spring. Now I am sickened when I see what was done to two mature holly bushes and the grass that has come up is two diffrent shades, and grows at different speeds. I hired a professional company and thought I would enjoy a professional looking job. One of the tree men used an electric hedge trimmer to remove all the branches from the side of each of our mature holly bushes. Now when sitting on our patio, we have to look at the bare side of the bush. I expected the branches to be shaped, not sliced off back to the trunk. There is no "fix" for this butchering. We bought a trellis to try and cover the area where the limbs are missing but it looks terrible. There is no "fix"" for the other holly. No limbs on the whole side. Sad when in the Fall I gave them high marks, and now in the Spring, I see what a bad job was done. A shame to say the least. And I can't glue the limbs back on.
