Bobby's Tree Service had all the large equipment and man power to get the job done for us. Very friendly, quick and professional service. Also did an awesome job on clean up!! They may be a bit higher on costs, but it is very well worth it. We will always use Bobby's for our future needs...hope you will too!

They've come and done some work for us they've done a good job. I don't really know my husband was here. I don't know I think they did fine.

Very nice and friendly, however the time it took to perform the requested service was excessive. It took over 2 mo for them to come and do the removal. In the process they damaged our walkway and still have not repaired it over 6 wks later. I have been the one to contact them on several occasions to find out the status of everything. Although I was happy with the service, I have been frustrated with their poor communication and extended wait list time.

Workmen showed up on time and worked straight through, finished all in one day.

Very prompt response to my request by the owner. Walked through my yard to assess what needed to be done. He encouraged me to have some addtl work done. He gave me a price and I thought that sounded reasonable. I called Brian and requested a change in the proposal. He accepted the change. Ken called and gave an approx date for the work to be done. A couple of men came on the suggested date, introduced themselves, and went to work. They were very personable and knew what they were doing. I suggested doing a couple of things that they forgot, but completed the work in a friendly, personable manner. Overall, I was pleased with their work. And my husband was pleased when he realized he wouldn't need to mow. Our yard looks great and would recommend this company to others.

Bobby arrived same day as my call to provide estimate. Large crew arrived next business day with crane, chipper and other equipment as needed. Cleaned up all debris, including branches on roof. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent. We talked about the life of bag worms and their potential damage to my tree.

Tony Westmoreland's crew came early in the morning to take out the trees. Their "climber" guy scaled the trees and cut off sections from the top down since the house and/or deck would have been damaged by cutting the tree from the bottom and letting it fall as a whole unit. Very impressive. The crew removed all the downed limbs and tree sections and cleaned up the work area. Thanks for a great job. I paid the crew a few hundred dollars extra to squeeze my job into their packed schedule. I had to get one tree taken out from a deck wrap-around so that I could have the deck repaired before I left for vacation.

Tony's team did top notch work. Save for the tree stumps and some saw dust, I could hardly tell they were there (e.g., little evidence of the trees remained). There were no ruts, no cigarette butts nor trash left from the job. Very professional. Additionally, previous quotes suggested I basically clear cut my back yard. Tony disagreed and took a "glass is half-full" approach. He suggested just to remove the dead trees, trim the still-living ones and call him back when/if the remaining trees needed removal. Clearly, I took his advice and am very happy with his crew's service.

We were having issues with flash flooding and drainage in our back yard. We hired Tony to remove a large number of trees and scrub from the back part of our lot and grade the land for proper drainage. We were impressed with the professionalism of his entire crew. After the trees were removed, his partner Doug brought in his landscaping crew to bring in soil, grade the area, plant some trees and seed the lawn. They also repaired and extended our irrigation system. We were impressed enough to hire them as our regular landscaping and irrigation contractors. Everyone was professional and hard-working. The quality of the work was top-notch and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work we had done. If you need tree removal or landscaping, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Bobby’s Tree Service did what they said they were going to do. It took them a while, it took them several months to get to me but there were maybe some weather issues and those were more important issues than what I had but they did what they said they would do. They cleaned up nicely and excreta. I was pleased with what they did. I wasn't necessarily pleased with how long it took it to happen. They do a good job.

This is a first-rate business in every way. Bobby's Tree Service did an outstanding job. I could sense from the beginning that they were honest and would not try to cheat me (as a single woman, which is so often the case, sadly) and would do a great job. They were professional, respectful, prompt, cordial, explained everything in detail when I asked, cleaned up everything really well and charged a fair price. They had state-of-the-art equipment and took on a job that 5 other tree people had refused to do, including some veteran tree removal people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. Bobby's Tree Service is one of the best-run businesses in the Piedmont.

They did a good job. I couldn't believe how fast they were. They were in and out of here in to time at all. It was unbelievable. The crew came in, they cut it down and gave us the big log. They got rid of all the stuff and it was immaculate when they left. I don't think they were here half an hour.

Bobby was easy to talk to on the phone and delivered excellent quality firewood. He and an assistant were there for the delivery and also neatly stacked the wood in our back yard.

They did a great job and got to my yard quickly. They did run over a piece of paper and it was strewn across my yard but this is definitely a minor detail compared to how great of a job they performed.

Work is high quality and staff is courteous. Company management follows up to insure good service. Cost is annual

They were very timely and competent and professional. The best part of all is that they let me hang around taking pictures and answered all of my questions no matter how simple or annoying. A great work ethic.

We contracted in April 2014, but they did not plant until the dead heat of August. Being behind 1 month is excusable, but not 4 months. We had requested 10 trees, but they planted 12 and charged for it. We called November 3, 2014 to say 2 trees had died despite the watering. Tony said they were probably bad trees & they would replace them. We have not heard from them since. We have removed the 2 dead trees as our neighbors were complaining about how badly they looked. We feel they were planted too far from the fence. The job could have been done in less time if they hadn't had to travel back & forth for equipment. Our neighbors are aware of the entire situation & understand our disappointment. We will not recommend this company. .

Generally: I am very detail oriented and have a certain level of quality in mind when working with vendors. I usually stay right with vendors and have to speak up to repeat how I want things done. But these guys exceeded my expectations, sequencing the work, performing the work and cleaning up after the work as if they were reading my mind. And they cheerfully did a bit extra when asked. Specifically: Vendor was very responsive and accommodating on timing of work. It was a great crew of 4 men, all of whom listened and retained the work scope and special requests. They have excellent, safe equipment to cut large trees. They have excellent skills and techniques. Because they work together on many/all jobs, the crew knew their roles, worked efficiently in a coordinated fashion. They have superior clean up service (blew debris off roof, re-graded areas where fallen logs and equipment effected land, raked and swept, sifted gravel driveway to clean it of mud and mulch, powerwashed the concrete, etc).

The tree service provided a bid in October 2014 and performed the work in February 2015. It was to be performed within 6 weeks of the bid. They came twice because they had forgotten which bushes needed to be removed the first time. I tied a rag to the bushes so they returned the next day. The work was performed well when completed and they cleaned up after themselves, which was good.
