I was a little nervous because the large tree was so close to ouor house.? It was removed without incident.? I couldn't even tell where the tree fell.? No stump left behind, just a pile of shredded wood shavings (great mulch!)? where the stump would have been.They were very flexible about making sure our dogs were shut in before starting to work.? Though we ended up shutting them in before before they arrived, I had full confidence and trust that they would have taken care of them.? We also asked them to leave us a post-sized log from the tree, which they did.Tony was very responsive and courteous.? I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of their work. We have had some incredibly awful experiences with "tree guys". Tony was terrific. We live in an extremely wooded area, and we asked him to be our permanent "tree guy". Great job, showed up as promised, kept in contact with us as far as availability, and a very fair price.

It was a great experience. The price was good and I'd recommend them to others.

The experience was nothing but excellent. I called and the owner Bobby said he would be out within 45 minutes, he came out within 40. He then provided me with an estimate and told me he would come out the next morning to take care of it, which he did.

They're not real cheap but they do have every piece of equipment that you could possibly get. A lot of these little companies can't do the bigger stuff, and this company has all the big equipment. They're easy to work with. Apart from the price, I would give them all As.

Took a while to get them scheduled, but very well on the day. Very professional friendly service. We used Bobby's several years ago, and we will definitely use them again.

Custom Plant Scapes re-landscaped our entire front yard in May 2008. Before they got started, they created a drawing of the way our "new front yard" would look complete with landscape features and labeled plantings. Once I signed the contract, they first removed two trees (one small tree and one medium-sized tree) and sprayed to kill any weeds. Then they came and restacked and expanded two low rock walls made of river rock. Next they prepared the flower beds and planted the many shrubs and perennials they had helped us to select. Finally, they put down the healthiest looking sod/grass we have ever seen. The yard turned out great. During the entire process, they were very responsive to emails and phone calls. They completed the work in a timely manner.

HE WAS REALLY GOOD. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT HE DID. EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE AFTER HE WAS DONE. WE HAD NEVER USED HIM BEFORE THIS, BUT SOMEHOW MY HUSBAND FOUND OUT ABOUT HIM, AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING.
