I would recommend Mr. Elliott highly because of his attention to detail, good arrangement with excellent subs (getting them scheduled in a timely manner) and finishing the basement project I had in a very expeditious time frame. Our basement was converted from basically wasted space, sometimes used to foster animals and was quite a mess when he started, and now it is like a beautiful apartment with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and expanded bathroom. Couldn?t be more pleased with the result, and the cost was very reasonable. Amen.
