Not one issue. They arrived on time every person on his crew is very polite and hard working. We chose gray slate and it's gorgeous to this day and it was done 7 years ago. They also installed a massive retaining wall and did an incredible job they also made a small retainer wall with extra blocks at no charge!

We called ACC for a quote. They sent a guy named Dawn Wilson. Dawn showed us photos of his work which turned out to be photos from the ACC website. We hired him. He was our worst nightmare. Six weeks late this guy quits with only half of our project complete. Yes. Six. Weeks. Later. They never showed up when they said they would. They didn't have the proper knowledge or equipment to do the job professionally. When he quit he told us we owed him more money. We refused and he then threatened and harassed us for several days. I had to file a police report for harassment. They got our name from ACC and told us they were from AACC but when we complained to Tom at ACC he tol us they weren't affiliated with him and he wasn't responsible for their work. What?!! You send him to our hom. He got our name from you and you are not affiliated with him? Do yourself a favor. Call someone else. We had to get a new company to finish the rest of our driveway. Dalton Concrete finished the job in just two days. Call them. They do a great job for a reasonable cost.

I contacted the provider twice. The first time I called he said he was driving and would call me back when he arrived at his destination; however, I never heard back from him. I called and left a voicemail a few days later but still never heard back.

Nice guy. Estimate was $250 - 500 higher than the 2 others I received from reputable companies. I think he probably mostly deals with large jobs -- mine would have been really small. I believe he does excellent work from his pictures. He gave great advice on some other things while we were talking (concrete/driveway cleaner and sealer, where and what to purchase, do's and don't to concrete, etc.) For some people the extra moeny would probably be worth it. For me, I feel like I got another quote that more closely suited my needs.

Had them do three entirely different jobs (sidewalk, patio, and swimming pool) all with the same fantastic results. I suggest to others looking to have multiple concrete jobs done around the house to give these guys a call. Thanks for the great work guys. I love finding local businessmen who represent the city well.
Description of Work: Flexibility and accurate estimates. Two traits not often associated with contractors. Our experience with the "Atlantic Coast Concrete" has been nothing but pleasant. They are not cheap. But the quality of the work is by far the best. You can go with a cheaper competitor, but when it's my house. I only settle for the best. Make sure and check out their website. They have 1000s of pics. They are also on Facebook. Many pictures there as well.

It was way over priced. I know that he was over priced because we got it done for $5,200 or something like that. It was like twice the cost. He was just very rude to my husband; he made some comments. We ended up not hiring him. He did not respond on our first call or did not show up the first time and probably showed up the next time. He was punctual on the second appointment though.

We do not know when we have been so impressed with the professionalism, and craftsmanship of work, as we were by ACC. They provided an estimate in line with others, agreed to expand the job (at the last minute, for a reasonable price) were always on time and always followed up. Superb.
Description of Work: Formed and installed a stamped concrete patio walk with us. Helped us to find desired color, expanded scope, willing at the last minute.

Company began work when promised. Work completed in the time frame indicated. Company left yard in good shape. Appearance looks great. But, there were several issues. At the next rain, I noticed a lot of water coming in the garage window on the patio. Very frustrating. Fortunately it was in the garage (unfinished) and not in the finished basement. I immediately called the rep's cell phone and left message. My call was not promptly returned. The company did pour a concrete lip around the window well (at no extra cost) which solved that issue. While the majority of the concrete and debris was hauled off, I noticed several wheelbarrow loads that had been dumped in the ravine at the rear of the yard. Though the patio was sloped, there is still water that puddles beside the steps. Exactly what I wanted to prevent. It has been less than two years since patio was done and there are several cracks in concrete. Very disappointing to see cracks this soon.
Description of Work: Hired to remove concrete stoop and existing stairs to back door, haul off all concrete and debris, and install new steps and patio in back yard. Previous stoop was merely a very narrow concrete slap. Desired something with more character and space to entertain in the back yard. The stoop did not allow rain water to drain away from the house. This was a serious issue as I wanted to prevent any water issues in the basement. I was assured that the patio would be sloped very gradually, but enough to flow water into the yard and away from the house. Also, the existing sidewalk from the side door to the driveway was to be removed and replaced with the same stamped concrete design as the patio. I spoke with several people about providing a space (deck or patio) to entertain. I choose to go with the patio primarily due to less maintenance, but also lower cost.
