Dennis and his crew come out on a quarterly basis and provides the services that are required to keep away the spiders, mice and termites. I'm grateful to have found APT.

Very responsive, prompt, and professional. Did a termite inspection and showed me where treatments had been done in the past (ours is an older home, we have only lived there for a couple of years) but no treatment needed this time. Seemed very trustworthy. Would recommend highly and definitely use in the future.

They come out on a quarterly basis. I've had the same technician for over 10 years so he knows my house. I haven't had any problems with him in all that time.

I love their services. They call me to remind me of my appointment. They go under my house, and let me know if anything else is going on that needs attention. They are very friendly and work with me on the payments. I call them anytime day or night, and they always answer. I will continue using them in the future.

I have used them for 12years. I have called many times if I have had problems. They are friendly, on time and they are just very good. I had hornets' nest that I had to have my grass cut down five times. I called them; someone came out and actually went into the hole and pulled out the nest. They were outstanding. I will always use them.

This year after doing the yearly inspection, they sent a contract renewal to us (first time this has ever happened) raising the price for 2009 to $180 and wanting to change the terms of the original contract so that they would not be responsible for structural damage if an infestation occurred. Seeing that change, I contacted the NC Agricultural Department and registered a complaint with Paul L. Immediately after his visit to the company, they sent me another letter saying that now the renewal cost would be $500/year.

I have used the company for 15 years. I appreciate their loyalty and customer centered business approach. The same two people have treated my home for a number of years. The turnover of employees is quite low. During the year, they complete a termite inspection.
