They came back with parts and performed the service to our satisfaction. Second time we've used this company, great both times.

Description of Work: Called @8:02 am about a leak from kitchen faucet was told that someone would get back to us. Had to call back again about 9:40 am said someone would be getting back to us again, meanwhile leak getting worse now its under sink. We had to call back third time about 12:50 pm and was told that the next availability would be OCTOBER 14.....Really are you kidding me.

+ -1 moreGreat. Two workers arrived on time, slipped off their shoes on the porch, and got right to work. They charge by the hour, and when they finished in just over 30 minutes, I asked them to check a leaking drain on the laundry sink. They did, and fixed that too, and completed both jobs in just over 45 minutes.
Description of Work: Replace garbage disposal with one I had purchased that was identical to existing disposal.

+ -1 moreThe shower unit came assembled but was a 4 piece unit. Three guys showed up to install. Two guys placed the shower base and walls and the other guy did the actual plumbing work. The caulk work sealing the main seam of the unit is a bit messy but I can fix that myself. They were here two hours and left a clean area. I would hire these guys again.
