Francis was communicative and reliable. We could count on him to show up when he said he would and to ask questions to make sure we were happy with his progress. He worked hard to meet his deadline. 0.5 stars deducted just for some minor touch ups we needed to do; otherwise, were very happy with his work and would 100% hire him again!

We have used Rosciano Building and Repair for 2 projects at our home in the last month. I cannot say enough about the this company. Everything was done on time, as quoted, and fully completed. The owner Francis, is outstanding! We highly recommend. His quality of work was suburb. We will be using this company again for future projects.

Francis came and saw what I needed done and fixed from prior work that wasnâ t done correctly. He gave a fair estimate and came the following week to fix my door that wasnâ t shutting all the way and re did all the shelves in my shoe closet that were not evenly spaced or level. Heâ s definitely my go to guy now.
