Ready Roofing Company

I would not use this company if a tornado came and ripped my roof.completely off my house. Very unprofessional and demanding money for.work they didnt even do. So sorry i had to leave even 1 star because they deserve negative stars

Ready Roofing is now my first choice. As a real estate broker and investor, I needed a dependable roofing company for my own and my clients' properties. I have used them 3 times now and am very happy with the price and quality of their services. Definitely recommended!!

They replaced our aging roof and it looks great! The crew came on the day they indicated, they worked efficiently, respectfully and professionally

The letter below is a copy of an email I sent to this company. In response to this email, the owner, Justin, contacted me and apologized profusely, He indicated he would personally take care of our issue and came out (with another of his employees) to look at our problem. He spent a good deal of time on our roof (I along with him) and shared that he would get us an immediate estimate on work he felt would solve our repair problem (next evening, which was Wednesday, Oct 24). I shared pictures and info from ins. claim rep about his assessment. And once again, I have yet to hear from this company. I sent an email on Friday, Oct 26, to see when he thought we might receive his estimate. To this date,(Oct. 30) he has yet to respond. So, once again, I must presume that his whole apologetic "spiel" and intent to "personally" take care of us must have been a ruse to make us believe he was going to do that, when in actually he apparently was just angry at us for calling his company to task. We would suggest that if you are considering hiring this company you read this review and let that be your guide. (copy of 1st email) Will, I am writing to share a concern about what I can only presume is a deliberate decision on your company's part to ignore our request for an assessment of a roof repair at our home. I talked with you (for a second time) during the week of Oct. 8th about coming out to look a a roofing problem that on August 20th, your "expert" assessed and determined required a caulking/sealing of flashing around the chimney solution. Cost $268.13. After Florence hit, we continued to have the same problems with leakage in that area. Water leaked to ceiling of bedroom below and exacerbated the problem which we had hoped your repair person had solved. I called you shortly after the hurricane left the area, and you told me you would not be able to get to us for approx. 3 weeks(other commits due to hurricane). My follow-up contact was the call on Oct 8th, during which time shared you would come out on Thursday, Oct 11 around 11:00. You did not show up when promised. I called later during the day to touch base and had to leave a message. You did not respond. I again called you on Friday, Oct. 12th and again left a message, to which you have yet to reply. I was not accusatory in tone, nor did I ask you to come fix our roof for "free," only that you come out to re-assess what your man missed (based on assessment by ins. claim rep - which includes pictures of potential problem areas). I guess I just don't understand why you have chosen to ignore us, but based on not hearing from you, can only believe that you have chosen to ignore us on purpose. I realize I have no recourse but to share this concern with you (can't make you work with us), but will certainly consider penning a review on Angie's List and Home Adviser about what appears to be a lack of professionalism on the part of your company.
