Ryan Smith of optimal plumbing did a fantastic job!! I can not express enough how happy I am with the work he and his helper did. I am so glad I hired optimal plumbing for this job. I will always hire optimal plumbing for all my plumbing needs and will recomend them to anybody else.

They came December 24 Christmas eve. They said that this is not their problem. Never do the job, Never called me.

Water heater and repair of natural gas lines were done efficiently and quickly.

Leaks and Instapot removal

Replacement was okay but I felt the price was astronomical. A toilet bowl kid is maybe 10-15$ from Lowe’s and a pressure replacement valve can’t be that expensive but the overall job came to $550.

I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton! In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck. We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running. Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing. They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet again! Note: I did not take photos of the outside issues, but here are some before and afters of the guest bathroom: new shower, old shower, new tub, and old tub

The pricing was good and they provided a good warranty on the work.

Perfect! They were able to quickly and efficiently make all the repairs and then tackled the outside job with the heater. The difference the new one made was remarkable. The plumber was very personable and explained everything clearly. Optimal is the only plumbing service I will use is future.

The guys with Optimal Plumbing were very professional and very friendly. They were quick with their work and willing to help me understand when I had questions. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to call on them again shortly after the first of the year to replace my hot water heater.

Brad came right out to give us a full estimate, then came and did the work the next day. The quote was what we payed. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. He guaranteed his work and use's quality materials and pays attention to the small details. We would highly recommend him.

Our well pump and pressure tank failed, and our hot water heaters were 20 years old, leaving us without water. When they failed I called around until I reached Optimal Plumbing. The folks there were easy to work with, and were able to start replacing the hot water heaters, the pressure tank, a leaking filtration system and sink a new well pump the same day we called--getting us back online the following afternoon. They were knowledgable, fast, willing to answer my questions. Plus the guys were just extremely nice and easy to deal with. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. If we ever have any problems in the future I would not hesitate to call them first.

Very well!I haven't had a problem since then and the work was done on a timely manner and he did the job for 2 half days only but the price is a little bit high.

They were excellent. They came in during the night, around 7:30pm. They were very professional and excellent. His manner was superb. Answered the call immediately. Price was excellent. He came at night and didn't charge me an extra.
