+ -1 moreHe installed gutters and gutter helmets on our house. He did not install the helmets correctly. The rain runs over the helmet directly into the yard, making the gutters useless. When he was doing the job he mentioned on several occasions about how he is available in case any warranty work was needed. However after the first few very light rains when we noticed a problem he refused to acknowledge there was a problem. He was blaming leaves and pine needles, there was none and he knew it. He also called my husband a extreme curse word (the four letter one). Now he is saying that he will come and remove the gutters and helmets but he will charge us for doing so, and will also charge us fro hauling them away.
Description of Work: Installed gutters and gutter helmets.
