It went very well. Joe hit all of the right marks for me. He was very responsive and courteous. He was able to come the next day. Showed up on time and did a great job. Pumped out the tank, cleaned the filter and didn't leave any evidence of even being there. I would use Neuse River Septic again.

Neuse River Septic was awesome. We didn't really know where the septic tank was. It took a little while to locate it but Joe and his wife were excellent. Very patient, very professional, very sweet. It's a family owned business. I would highly recommend them.

Joe is fantastic. When I called, he said he normally didn’t do risers unless he pumped a tank and then he would install at the same time. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems and gave me his opinion on risers and explained the way septic systems work. He did agree to install the risers for me and came out within days of my call. He was punctual, professional and very polite. I was so grateful he agreed to the job and will definitely use him again when needed.

Gave me the peace of mind I needed, and taught me how to better care for my system. I will definitely be calling again for routine maintenance.

Service went very well, down the drain, up the pipe and in the truck..

Joe was great. On time and did a great job. Pumped the tank and also inspected the distribution box. Gave suggestions about what might be causing the problem and ways to either fix it or minimize it. After the service, he sent an email with helpful links and summarizing the advice he had given on the job. Overall a very professional appointment. Will definitely recommend and will use again if needed in the future.

Excellent! I was nervous, but Joe was certain he could help me. Because of the time spent digging and chopping roots, it wasn't cheap, but I saved the cost and possible damage of having an excavator. I'm SO glad I went with this company and I would definitely call them again!

Joe arrived at my home on time and inspected location of septic tank. My septic tank covers are shallow so he uncovered both chambers at no additional charge. While working on this he was very good at answering all my questions. He is very informed on all aspects of how the septic system works. Joe also cleaned the filter that was very dirty. Cleaning out both chambers did not take very long. I did have additional questions about my septic lines. He inspected my distribution box and gave me some options to repair issues I am having. Joe was very friendly and did his job in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing to have septic tank pumped. Don't wait five year like I did!!!!
