+ -1 moreThey were really good in the beginning and then it sort of went down hill. They use to break a lot of things and not tell us and when we would find out we talked to the owner about it and he said please always take a picture because I will cover the cost and they just seem to have a disregard for other people's things they didn't respect the things you had in your home, it was sort of let's get this done and get out of here.
Description of Work: I used Merry Maids for housecleaning.

+ -1 moreTerrible! They left dust on mirrors and baseboards and tops of cabinets. I have had individual housekeepers who charged $200.00 less who did a MUCH better job! I do not plan to ever use Merry Maids again!

+ -1 moreThey were fine. They do a good job cleaning. They're just very determined. They do not stop. They keep going. They stay here about an hour or a hour and a half and they just continuously work so it's done. There's three of them. The manager calls us ahead of time to let me know they're coming. They're here exactly when they say they're going to be here.

+ -1 moreThe service is a well performed wipe-down, this is a bi-weekly service. Addional deep or extra cleaning I find to be unreasonabbly high priced. Will be looking for someting a bit more affordable.
