It seems to me that Kustom Kleaning relied on making a big splash in the interview just to get my business and then when they had my business, they stopped trying. The lady that I dealt with first was very professional. She was well-spoken, well-mannered, and very knowledgeable. I provided them with a list of things that I needed to be done each time they performed the service. I also wanted them to use a particular wood polish that I would provide. The first time they cleaned went very well. They showed up on time, in uniform, with the list, and did everything that I needed them to do. Each time after that, the service went downhill. Different people came to clean each time, never wearing uniforms after the initial visit. Sometimes they showed up two hours early and sometimes they showed up two hours late. After the first visit, no one seemed to know about the specific list of tasks that I needed done either. There was no consistency with the crew. When I called the company to voice my dissatisfaction with the work being performed I never heard anything back. Since then, I have reached out 4 times to try to get them to return the key to my home that I provided them with so that they could complete the service but they have not returned any of my calls, emails, or messages. I would never every use them again.

The cleaning crew got there about 45 minutes late. The cabinets were not cleaned out. The next time I went over to the house, I noticed that one of the cabinet under the kitchen sink had a toothbrush still in it. This last week, when I went to line the cabinets, I realized they had not cleaned out the cabinets and had to do it myself. The next day, I had also noticed they didn't do underneath the cabinets, nor had they done a very good job on the stove/oven. I called and complained, she offered to send someone back to do the things that were missed. we agreed on a time for them to return and make good on the job. When it was at the end of the window of time for them to show up (between 11 and 1) and they had not arrived, I called again. They said "oh, well we had someone call out today, so we can't get there. Maybe later this afternoon." Well, since the house is not yet lived in, I had to arrange for someone to be there. So, of course, most of the day had been wasted because they didn't bother to call us to explain the issue. I would have gladly rescheduled if I had been notified. Of course, by this time, since they had not called in advance and told of their predicament, I was upset. I told her to forget it, I had had enough, I just wanted some of my money back. I have paid that much for a house with furniture to be cleaned, and for the work they did and did not do, I didn't think the price was fair. It has been 21 days since the date of the original clean, and I have not seen any of my money back, nor have I received any calls from anyone.

For $150 I expected perfect! The house was vacant, so they had nothing to keep them from doing a great job! They obviously impressed the first time. Second time it was very unprofessional. Had to call them back to repeat several areas of the house. Still was not up to their first cleaning. Called several times, left messages with no response for several days. Here is the message I sent to the owner. Tiffany, I am hesitant to leave a negative review on Angie's List. However, I feel that your service could use improvement. The first time I used your services you and your team did an outstanding job. Recently I had your team clean a rental house that just needed a normal cleaning. Not only did your team not do a good job, you had them come back and they still couldn't manage to sweep up the debris that was on the floor by the refrigerator. You did tell me that the toilet needed to be cleaned with a special solution and that you would be coming back the next day. It appears that not only did you not come back to clean the toilet, you did not leave me an invoice that I have called and requested several times. I needed this invoice for our records. It is with much disappointment that I will no longer be requesting your services.

I chose to have weekly cleaning services for a cost of $70 with the understanding that two people would clean my 1200 SF home for two full hours.I explained that I did not need my entire home cleaned and was told by the owner that the cost might be decreased to $50 weekly if the cleaning took less than two hours weekly. They have cleaned my home 4 times and each time were in my home between 45 minutes to an hour total, yet I was told the charge was still $70 (the charge for two full hours of cleaning). Punctuality is poor. I feel like I am waiting for the cable company to come to my home. I never know when they are going to arrive. They also provided no coupons or discounts for Angie's list members. Felt like they rushed through the cleaning process and were not thorough with dusting or vacuuming. Today when they were in my home, after cleaning for only 30 minutes, the owner called me and told me that the staff was waiting to clean my master bedroom bathroom. I informed her and the staff that my husband was in the shower and would be out shortly. My husband and I were offended by the phone call. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. Remember that I did not know when they would be arriving today. The time of their arrival is never the same. The staff cleaned the bathroom and were out of my home within 45 minutes of arrival today. Several areas were not vacuumed nor dusted in my home today. There were no extras completed. They rushed through the cleaning process yet were always very polite. In addition, I was charged $70 for two full hours of cleaning today as well as another $17 since I had been sick for the past two weeks and the home was not cleaned. The assumption by the owner was that it would take longer to clean my home today since they had not cleaned my home in two weeks. Yet it took 45 minutes to clean my home today. In conclusion, I was charged $87 for 45 minutes of house cleaning today. I am disappointed on many levels and have used professional cleaning services for years. My husband and I have chosen to use another cleaning service that is more thorough. I do not mind paying for cleaning services regardless of the cost, when they are provided as agreed upon.

I received a call from Kustom Kleaning just a few hours after filling out request on Angie's List. It was a Wednesday and I needed housecleaning done by Friday. The worked with me and gave me a fair estimate and made an appt. for Friday and 10:00 am. I have used other services before, but have never had such attention to detail and two such friendly staff. They went above and beyond. They took their time to do little extras. I will definitely use them again.

Kustom Kleaning Services came and I thought that her estimation was reasonbale and she didn't asked me for my credit card unlike the other company to be used on hold. The owner with three other women came the first day of cleaning and they did a really good job. They did it in an hour and a half and then I gave her my credit card number. Their price is reasonable.
