+ -1 moreWow, this was my first time using Hometowne Heating And Air Conditioning and I’m very impressed. I called in a panic because I’m going on vacation soon and I didn’t want my pets to be without heat while I was gone. Patrick listened to my issue and explained what he thought it was. He kept in touch with me off and on all day so he could fit me in between his other clients. It was pouring down rain that day and he still went by to make sure I had heat. He called back afterward to say that he would come back by another day when it wasn’t raining to ensure that he cleaned everything off since he was affected by the rain and low light. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Great service is hard to find so I will definitely be using Hometowne Heating And Air Conditioning again!
