+ 0 moreNot well. They didn't finish the work the first day they came out. I was told they were coming back the next day to finish all the and never show back up never call us to tell the reason why they didn't come back. We waited over two weeks for someone to call us , so we call them 2 or 3 days before anyone would call us back. We were told that we slip through the cracks and didn't evening try to apology . They had someone to call us and set up an time to come back and finish the door but we told them not to do anymore of the work that we had hire them to do. I will not use this company for anything else.

+ -1 moreOur roof was leaking and we called DML. The owner, Larry Hussey, came right out and gave us an estimate. He also had someone come out immediately and tarp the roof. They were able to do the repairs within about a week. They were very thorough and did a great job! Our roof looks so good which makes our whole house look better. They cleaned up well after leaving, too(I never found any nails in the yard or shingle pieces). Also, the owner came out to inspect the work after it was completed to make sure all was done properly which I appreciated.
Description of Work: Installed new shingles.

+ -1 moreI went by DML Siding & Windows store and requested a review of a home improvement project and quote for replacement of 3 windows on the front of our house. Two weeks later Rich called and set up a time to meet with me. In early April, Rich (an employee) came to our house to make measurements and to hear our requests. Rich stated he would contact their supplier and email a quote. April 16 I received a text stating he had not heard from their supplier and "I haven't forgotten about you." Now its April 30 and still no correspondence with Rich or DML's owner. I will not be hiring a company that fails the basic promise of a quote. It has me questioning, if we were to hire them for this project, would we get what is agreed on, how will they care for our property, and what level of attention to detail would we get.

+ -1 moreDML arrived at our home on the scheduled date, at the scheduled time. They looked at our Master Bathroom and made notes about what we would like to have done. Upon leaving they said they would be in touch within a few days with quote information. When we didn't heard back from them 2 weeks later we called to check in. We were told by the receptionist that the owner was "very upset" that we had not been contacted and someone would be in touch with us the next day. Two more weeks go by so we call again. The receptionist tells us again how angry the owner is, but someone will be in touch the next day. We did receive a call the following day to confirm our email address to send us their quote, along with a promise that we would have it within the hour. Two weeks later we still have no quote. I think it's safe to say that we wouldn't consider using this company to do any work in our home. They have shown us that they are unprofessional, unreliable, and uninterested in our business.
Description of Work: We asked DML to come to our home to provide a quote to remodel our Master Bathroom.

Description of Work: Replaced siding on back side of house with hard plank and replaced the window sill on three windows that were rotting. Then painted both.

+ -1 moreThe crew showed up and we did a complete walk around of what was to be done and they went to work. It took them two days to complete the entire job which I thought was really good time. They did a great job. I would recommend them and already have to several family members and friends. Great service, really good price and I am very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: removed exterior Masonite board wrapped house and installed vinyl siding with trim and shutters. hauled away all debris.

+ 1 moreOverall, the job took about 2 weeks to accomplish with outstanding results.
Description of Work: We have a 30+ year old home currently in the process of adding an addition. Total square footage is 3000 sf. We wanted to cover the entire house plus the addition with siding. First, we wanted to make the addition blend in with the original house seamlessly and also to avoid having to paint every 10 years. Second, we had replacement windows installed in the original house and new windows for the addition, total of 21 windows. Third we had new gutters installed on the addition and replacement gutters installed on the original house since the original gutters had to be removed to install the vinyl siding. Windows were Anderson windows which are good quality windows and gutters were installed with gutter guards since our original gutters had gutter guards. The owner was always very prompt and patient with all of my questions. The installers were all very nice and courteous and did an excellent job with all of the work. We were extremely pleased with the job that DML Siding & Windows has performed. In the future, we are hoping to also add vinyl to our barn to match the house. We will definitely be calling DML Siding & Windows for this job. Our house now looks like a brand new house and we are already seeing a big difference in regards to our energy efficiency with the new windows. I give them an A+++.

+ 0 moreWe kept going back and forth because they kept leaving things off that I had asked for and adding things that I didn't ask for. I didn't get a firm number but we were talking thousands of dollars. Eventually the owner came by and we got to speak with him. It took a long time until we got to where we were all on the same page so we could move forward. There was still a lot of miscommunication. I have since found somebody that I love to work with.

Description of Work: Owner, Brian Howell, came to look at our house for Hardi Plank siding. Very professional. We were very impressed and would definitely have used him if our daughter hadn't brought in her contractor. He responded promptly and his estimate seemed reasonable for the work to be done.

+ 0 moreThe owner Larry Hussey came over personally to provide me with an estimate and also seemed to be on top of the project from start to finish. The workman were very pleasant and really took care to clean up each night and at the end of the job. The service and workmanship was outstanding throughout. I knew my house was in good hands and the work that was done is amazing. I will post pictures asap.
Description of Work: DML Siding and Windows has restored my 22 year old house. They replaced 6 old wood frame windows with new vinyl windows that tilt in for easy cleaning. The work went smoothly and I can already see the difference when the winds start to blow. They have also done all new Vinyl siding with Quality Materials and Quality Workmanship. They saw to every last detail and worked around my hectic schedule and the recent weather issues. The work was done in a timely manner and the house has not looked this nice for awhile. The years can take a toll on a house in this climate but DML gave my place a new facelift.
