Description of Work: The service performed was fine and the service representative was very cordial. The only issue I have is the attempt to charge me separately for the Angies Deal. This was resolved within a few days after calling Angies List.

Description of Work: Buyer's home inspection report showed HVAC system producing only a 14° differential, with 15° to 25° considered ideal. Technician found system to be low on refrigerant and the evaporator coils extremely dirty, loaded with dirt really. He brought the refrigerant up to the proper charge and performed a thorough cleaning, which looked like it had never been done. He also found several fasteners missing, which he replaced. When he was done, the system was cooling to a 24° differential. Problem solved!
