Description of Work: We have a brand new house and had many problems with the electrical wiring. One Sunday, the line to the water heater in the garage caught fire. The electricians didn't seem to know what to do with it. They ended up replacing the box on the wall above the water heater and let us know it must be our fault since they didn't really know how it happened.

Description of Work: The technician got here on time but that was the only good thing about this encounter. They were to service the heat pump. And, it was quoted to be about $70-80. The technician opened the sound,checked the amperage then he sprayed two sides of the unit with some chemical. He completed everything in about 30 minutes. I don't think he did a complete and thorough job. For what was done, I think the cost was too much.
