Description of Work: They did a good job. There was a post installation electrical problem that appeared to be an equipment manufacturing problem that caused an occasional electrical short. Carolina Comfort Air made multiple trips to resolve it to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the price and quality of my HVAC replacement. Our sales rep Justin was very responsive and always seemed very personally interested that we were happy during every step of the process. The crew was efficient and cleaned up well after the job was done. CCA was also very competitively priced for similar systems. Overall we're very happy with our purchase.

Description of Work: Checked heatpump and fixed it. I got a year contract for cleaning system and checking it in spring and fall. Service man knew what he was doing. He is coming back next week to put in new thermostats and clean system.

Description of Work: Gary from Carolina Air was fantastic. He did a very professional and complete cleaning if both of my outdoor units as well as inspection of my internal air handlers. He also was able to diagnose and repair one unit and make the other more efficient in cooling. (Saving me money in cooling bills this summer). Very happy with the service.
