They were good. We signed up for their service plan, and so they come out in the summer and winter to check the heating and air. They are on time for the appointments.

Our experience was great. We called to make an appointment and had them at our house the next day. We were scheduled for an appointment later in the day but they called in the morning saying they had a cancellation and were there by 11am. The man was very nice and did not mind that we had two large dogs in the house. He worked outside first and then came inside. He made sure to take off his shoes even before entering the house and cleaned up after himself when he left. He had a detailed invoice sent to my email which I really liked. We got to know exactly what he did and he also showed us different maintenance plans we could sign up for in the long run if we wanted. Overall the service man was awesome and so was the customer service. We are very pleased

Carolina Comfort was the only company to service the unit and if the internal heater was not connected, the problem was caused by their technicians and no one else. I stopped using them after I received a bogus charge and did not receive an acceptable response when I escalated my complaint to their owner.

Everything went very smoothly, Carolina Comfort Air was professional, on-time, and more than anything educational. This was the first time we have explored replacing an A/C unit in any of our homes, and while there was some sticker shock on the price, CCA was competitive.

The entire experience was completely uplifting. We got about 9 quotes from different venders. The installation team that came and worked was absolutely top drawer and A1. They left the site completely clean and clear. There was no debris left on site, and everything was picked up. They were very efficient, and I would highly recommend this company. I was also very impressed with their sales representative. Travis was very professional, and he made me feel very comfortable because he has done the work that we needed from his own experience. The whole entire company was fantastic.

Hank Richard and the folks at Carolina Comfort Heating and AC were absolutely wonderful to work with. Several differenct crews came here during the rough-in and final installation process and the sun room conversion project and they all presented themselves in a courteous, respectful and professional manner. The quality of their work was excellent and the price I received from them was substantially less than any of the other quotes I received. I have recommended them to three other friends who have used their services to replace aging systems and everyone of those folks have recommended Carolina Comfort to some friends who also awarded them jobs. Bottom line is that Carolina Comfort backs up thier verbal commitment to quality work and exceptional customer support with their actions. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating/AC work.

The initial call was to have our central a/c unit proactively upgraded along with key pieces of the possibly original duct work in our crawl space. We chose not to upgrade the a/c at this time, but did choose to have the duct work completed. First, the initial quoting of both jobs was extremely thorough and detailed. The estimating procedure far exceeded any I've had with HVAC, where often the salesperson doesn't seem to know the ins and outs of installation. In this case, the estimators examined every aspect of the current system and how a newly upgraded system would fit into the mix. Finally, they were willing to actually do the duct work. Unbelievably, we had the duct work estimated a few times before, and each time we were steered in some direction that did not involve doing what we requested. When the team came to do the duct work, they were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing, and were extremely conscientious. The new duct system was installed with thought. That is, it wasn't just thrown in there. The layout thoughtfully makes the best use of the space. The installation team truly went above and beyond. This was a "small" job, but they didn't make it seem any less important than the bigger upgrade they probably hoped for. That, too, is impressive in its own right.

They are good folks to work with. When they give you an estimate that's what it costs. When the folks come in to do the work they explain everything and walk you through the process. You get exactly what they tell you and there are no surprises. They give quality work.

They went out of their way to help me when I moved in here. I wouldn?t use anybody else other than them. I like everything about them. They are very professional. They call and make an appointment. Even if I forget about the appointment, they remind me. They come and check everything. They check the heating and air conditioning. They remain here for a good hour. They check everything and if there is something wrong, they explain and show me that. They are very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.
