Description of Work: Inspection of two heating/air conditioning systems. Went well. They replaced our old systems last year and this was part of the service agreement. They did a great job replacing our three systems with two and keeping three zones in the house. Price is average.

Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance service at a rental house. They were not able to clean the coil because the water at the house is shut off but they checked it and said it was not too dirty. It will be fine until the next maintenance check is due.

Description of Work: The a/c system shut down on the coldest day of the year! I called Carolina air to come and check the system and they came out that evening. The system itself was fine and passed all their tests but they kept looking for the issue and found a fuse that kept overheating and ended up melting the connection. It could very well have burned down my house! The builder had to send out an electrician to fix the problem.

Description of Work: I was covered under a maintenance agreement which I paid for the previous year. They inspected all aspects of my unit, diagnosed any problems, and fixed them as well. The representative was so very nice and courteous and took his time to explain everything to me. He was not pushy and I would highly recommend them.
