He usually answered the phone and what a pleasure to not have to wait on the line for minutes but to be able to talk directly to Bennie. Bennie quoted a estimate and was honest and direct. We also got a quote from a big plumbing site that is nationwide. Bennie's quote was less money. We had Bennie put in a new part for our water heater and could not be happier with his service. My husband and I love to promote small business and Bennie was professional, trustworthy and true to his word. You can tell he has integrity and takes pride in his work. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and went above and beyond with recommending that I call the city when he found a root grown over my main shut off. He checked the water pressure going into the house and recommended an upstairs CO2 monitor as an added safety precaution. I will use him again without hesitation.

They took out my old electric water heater, and replaced it with a new one, on the very morning that I listed with Angi.
