Bennie was excellent. He called me right away. He kept me updated on his arrival time and even arrived early. I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. If you like dealing with an owner/operator who is a down to earth real person then Bennie is your guy.

Bennie was very prompt responding to our call to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. He did not charge for this first appointment and recommended we order the cartridge from the manufacture since the faucet was under warranty and it would save us money. We really appreciated this idea. A few days later the cartridge arrived and Bennie returned and installed it within minutes. The charge totaled $135.00. Bennie has many years of plumbing experience and we highly recommend him.

Bennie Bittle called me almost immediately after I got off the phone with HomeAdvisor. He was confirming the appointment I made for the following week to have a hot water heater installed. Then he asked if I was home, I told him yes, and he said he could be at the house in 20 minutes. I said okay and he was there within minutes to install the hot water heater. He completed the job quickly and professionally and even replaced a leaking outdoor spigot that I had intended to do. Overall a great experience, though because I typically do my own plumbing work the cost definitely gave me sticker shock. I don't think however Bennie was any higher than the competition. I'd highly recommend Bennie Bittle to anyone looking to have some quality plumbing work done.

Our heater broke down on Friday 9/23/16. I looked up home advisor and found Bennie's company on the list of highly rated plumbers. Bennie and his crew came on time. They inspected the water heater and detected a leak in the tank. They replaced the water heater within 90 mins with a new system and everything went well. They were highly knowledgeable and I would be happy to recommend them.

Bennie called me immediately and showed up within a few hours with a replacement. Good price and great service!

Bennie was punctual, personal and professional. He installed an outdoor spigot, created and access panel for my guest bathroom while repairing a broken copper pipe for my diverter and installed new pipes in my master tub for my add on shower. Bennie made minimum drywall cuts all done quickly and professionally. One more thing, it was very easy on my wallet, thank you Bennie.

He was able to get to my house earlier than scheduled, which worked well for me. Very personable and knowledgeable. Identified the problem and repaired it promply.

I contacted Bennie about 5:30pm yesterday, left a message. He returned the call within 30 mins. I explained the problem and he stated he could come over the next morning (this am). He then asked me to send a pic of the problem, which I did. Bennie called me back at about 7pm and asked if he could come over that night (last night). Of course, I told him to come on. He got here within about 15 mins. He looked at the problem and he had everything fixed in about half an hour. He was very professional and is good natured. He had quoted one price but then charged LESS! Not too many plumbers (or any other service providers) do that! I definitely would recommend Bennie for any of your plumbing needs/issues! Bennie responded very quickly to my call, he was very informative and knowledgeable. He gave me the information needed and assisted with all aspects of repairing my Gas Water heater, and all at an extremely competitive price :) I will use Bennie for any future repairs and only Bennie. Diamond in the ruff, hard to find someone that is as professional as Bennie.

I am not one to write reviews, but I made an exception for Benny and his co-worker, Junior. Benny was very responsive and arrived at our home within 24 hours to make minor repairs to two of our toilets. My attempt to fix one of them only made the situation worse. They completed the job quickly and charged a very fair price. Both gentlemen were highly knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend them!

Wow! - Bennie called less than two minutes after I requested a quote. Came by my house in 15 mins. We talked about options, spent time explaining details and expense and returned the next day and replaced my hot water heater. Less than 24 hrs. after I clicked on the website my hot water heater was replaced! Very pleased, price very reasonable, would definitely recommend Bennie. Bennie was the first to call, as soon as I looked on HomeAdvisor.com and IMMEDIATELY made a trip to my house to inspect my water heater, even though it was not an emergency situation. He followed up with me a few minutes later and offered to pick up the new heater that night. He was very patient with all my questions and very informative, as far as my options. I did some comparison shopping with Lowe's, Home Depot and another plumber and found Bennie to be the most helpful and reasonable. Not only that, while he was here, he informed me of a leak in the water line that I had not noticed. That explains the exponential increase in my recent water bills! HIGHLY recommend, Bennie... he is prompt, professional and personable. (Not to mention good looking and FUNNY!)

Original Plumber who was recommended by this site called immediately and was great on the phone. Was going to come out this morning but had an emergency. He called this gentleman who he knew well. Mr. Bittle came out immediately...Extremely personable and knowledgeable...did a great job replacing an electric water heater located in our crawl space...He did it for the quoted price that I had discussed with the original recommended plumber...Would call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends...
