It was a pleasure working with Bennie. He is one of the last of a breed of good guys just making a living being honest and reasonable. I don't plan to ever use another plumber as long as he stays in business.

Dependable, excellent quality if work, and great customer service

Bennie came on a Saturday, and checked things out, and told me what I needed. I had done research on my own, and I agreed and asked when he could do the job. He tells me could do it NOW because he loaded his truck with everything he would need to make any repairs necessary!!! HOLY CRAP! He is old school and very knowledgeable. His price was right in line with my expectations, and he found a leak in an outdoor faucet, and I had him fix that, too. Well problems...CALL BENNIE!

Our water heater started leaking the night of Thanksgiving and even though most companies were closed the following day, Bennie was quick to respond with a competitive quote. Even better, he was able to come out and replace our water heater that same morning! He did a great job and will definitely use him again, if needed.

Immediate direct response from Bennie through Home Advisors ..(not the usual call center or appointment maker) he was very personable , patient and understanding of the issue I had with my water pressure tank for my well with the vague description I gave him over the phone. He came out that same morning and replaced the tank and switch and made sure all was working properly.. he was very respectful, professional and thorough., and fair in his pricing.

This was my second experience hiring Bennie Bittle and yet again he blew me away with his promptness, friendliness and professionalism with very affordable prices. My water Heater no longer produced hot water (2+ years old), called him early morning to make an appointment and he came later that day and found the thermostats needed replacing, replaced them on the spot and was fixed in less than 1 hour. He is very upfront and honest, would highly recommend!

I had a water heater in my finished attic that started leaking water down into ceilings and walls. Had to get water heater replaced in an emergency. Bennie was more than helpful to remove my old water heater and get a new gas water heater installed the same day. Very professional and very good value for the money. I would hire Bennie again!
