Great communication. John took the time to explain my options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. (I had asked a ton of questions.) Scott was sent to install my bathroom exhaust fan. He and his helper were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up the mess from the install. They were also knowledgeable and friendly. I had also asked them a bunch of questions about the job as they were doing it. I am a first-time homeowner and trying to learn as much as anyone is willing to teach me!

John was a pleasure and most helpful to work with. The team that did my work ,was clean, quick and most of all professional. If you need work done and done right this is the company to call.

Contacted me immediately. Gave me a fair quote over the phone. They arrived the next morning and did the install flawlessly. Kept me informed of a slight delay in the arrival time. Advised me about how to resolve a separate electrical issue and assessed the hardware for that issue at no cost.

Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. Prices were reasonable and included a warranty. Crew was on time and worked very well together. First, as noted by another reviewer, I got a very quick response and job estimate. I needed to wait almost 2 weeks to schedule and John was able to accommodate me. This was hassle-free and professional - thank you for that! The crew installed an outdoor electrical outlet, an outside motion light, 2 light fixtures (dining area and kitchen bar/counter), and 8 ceiling wafer lights with dimmers (including cutting into the ceiling and working in the attic for wiring). They listened to my needs and worked with me to place the ceiling lights where I could accomplish the lighting I wanted without adding under cabinet lights, saving me money! John sent an entire crew to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. They were neat as they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They also seemed to enjoy their work and they actively pulled from each others' expertise or specialty. Everyone wore a mask without having to be asked and no one talked politics - thank you for that! A fabulous experience and we will definitely call Bear Electrical Services when we need electrical services in the future. Thanks to all.

In a time where some contractors won’t even show up (looking at you, Michael and Son), not only did I get a quick response from Bear Electrical, but a quick estimate and scheduling was a snap. Owner John O’Connor showed up ahead of schedule, set up drop cloths in the bathroom and got right to work installing a replacement exhaust fan. We will be using/referring Bear Electrical exclusively moving forward as great contractors of this caliber in the Triangle are seemingly few and far between.

They worked hard to out work the monsoon we had on Thursday. Our washer is working great. The outside electrical problem fixed. They are dedicated to doing great work at affordable prices. We are planning a remodel this summer. Bear Electric is first on our list
