It was just one guy that came out to complete the service. He was out there for about 2 hours.

It took them about a month. There were 3 guys that came out for that. They were here a couple of hours a day for a couple of weeks off and on.

Technician arrived within 2 hours of service call. Immediately found bad capacitor and replaced. AC working in less than 15 minutes. Technician was very professional. He did not try to up sell anything. I thought price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used Arctic Air. They will be the first I call if I have any future AC issues.

Our air was blowing warm air. I called in the morning and they were able to come out by 2:00pm. James called to let me know they were on their way. He was very helpful. He worked quickly and got the air running cold again in no time (He had to replace the capacitor - and explained what that all meant). Overall very responsive, punctual, and provided a great service. Would highly recommend Arctic Air.

These guys arrived on time and went straight to work. Within 3 to 4 hours I was up and running again. Great service.

They did a great job with the installation and were not overbearing. Pricing was comparable to other quotes, but I don't think that anyone would have done a better job than Arctic Air.

My AC ducts had water in them. Arctic Air removed the water and came back a few days later to assess the need for replacement. They replaced the ducts as needed. They also installed my HVAC unit several years ago, and I recently signed up to have them do regular maintenance on the unit twice a year. I have always been pleased with their work..

Quick response when AC went out. Replaced capacitor and had things running very quickly. Reasonable price. Had used them in 2009 when my freon was low.

After having called two other companies to help us with our heat pumps we were referred to Artic Air. The owner, Buddy Short came out about a week earlier and diagnosed why our dual heat pumps were running in the auxilary mode for hours on end, why our lights dimmed during the initial start up of the units. We had already had several service calls with another company for the same problems, but they weren't able to figure out what the problem was. In the meantime we had extremely large electric bills. In less than an hour he corrected the problem and made a recommendation to add a starter that Trane used to include on their units which extended the life of the compressor. He even checked on getting the part covered under our warranty. When the part came in he came out and in less than an hour he finished and was on his way. We plan on having Artic Air come back out before summer to make sure the systems are performing efficiently and find a way to eliminate the new noises coming from the compressor.

They were flexible. Their quality of work was fairly good but they could improvise on their professionalism. Their price was good. It is undecided that I would be using them in the future.

Buddy was recommended by Danny at The Home Pros of NC. He was prompt for the site inspection, was easy to talk to, wasn't pushy- in fact I had to ask him for his opinion on some of the options. We finalized the job within 2 days (my delay-deciding between heat pump vs.gas furnace with AC) - I had already received 3 other quotes. Buddy was able to provide units that qualify for the tax credit at a price that other contractors were quoting non compliant units. So we received better units and will receive addtional $1,500 tax credit plus $300 Progress Energy rebate----big savings now and throughout the life of the systems. All of the removal and installation work was completed in 2 days. The system charge and checkout only took a couple of hours on the 3rd day.The crew was courteous and efficient. They were careful to keep the area clean and removed all trash and old equipment daily. We are very happy with the installation and operation of the systems- the outside units are much quieter than the old units- and should be much more efficient than the 20 year old Trane units they replaced. I highly recommend Arctic Air for any Heating and air conditioning services
