the electrician was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue even though the issue was not an easy one.

Install went well. Good guys. Professional. Had to return another time because didnt have large enough plate to cover the old lightswitch panel in the bathroom.

They kept me updated on the status of the time the electrician would get here -- i was the second job for him, the first job ran long, they called me with an update. Didn't rate on price because I used a Big Deal, so have no way of comparing. At a minimum I got my money's worth.

ggWe made the arrangements for alpha contracting to installed two dual light which we had purchased on our backyard screened-in back porch. They arrived on time and did a fantisic job of installing the flood light. It is so noce to be able to see our backyard after dark. Great job alpha contracting!

It worked out well. He fixed everything quickly. He were prompt. He took a description for more work and called me with the estimate. He said the flood lights lines weren’t grated for the outside. I’m going to get another estimate. I’m not sure if I would use them again.

Good contact with the company before the service. The electrician was courteous and quick.

ONot well. Per telephone conversation with company representative, they would only send electrician out to complete a job, not determine my need. I informed them I didn't know what my problem would entail, so I didn't want to commit to putting in a circuit box if I didn't need one. Without looking at my home, the rep assured me of my needs over the phone. That's pretty miraculous. She informed me I would need to purchase additional fixtures before I knew they would be appropriate, or even if a fixture could be located in the area I wanted. If the fixtures wouldn't work, I would need to return them. No thank you. I deal with folks face to face - not with a telephone swami. I would like the money I spent on the Angies List coupon returned to me.

It went very well. They were able to come in and run all the wiring. They did a really good job.

The company was unable to preform the service I needed but they responded to my request fairly quickly and were honest about limitations.

Overall. I was not pleased. I tried alpha due to an Angie's list best deal ad. I thought if they did a good job installing my bedroom ceiling fan, then I would ask them to install a couple of other light fixtures. First, the deal mis-represented the cost. In addition to the $39 for $140 worth of work, I had to pay $45 for travel. These two costs combined meant I would spend $85 dollars for a "deal" which is the price I usually pay with other electricians. Second, I had difficulties scheduling the appointment. They did not respond to my inquiry through Angie's for several days and then I had to follow up. Once I did reach them, they said it would be 6 weeks before they could pencil me in or I could be on standby for this Friday. I opted to go standby and then book the 6 week out appointment as back up. I waited all day on Friday to hear from them and finally called them to get a status update at 515. They forgot my service. We rescheduled for. On day, which they had to cancel due to personal emergency, then rescheduled again for Saturday. I finally got my fan installed and now it doesn't work. I would have thought it would have been tested prior to leaving. They claim it was tested but it was not done so in front of me. I did get them to estimate my other work and it came on over $500 more than my other bids from more reliable electricians. Overall, I will not use alpha again

They were very professional and accomodating. They also helped install a ceiling fan that wasn't on the original work list. No problems with the installation or the work performed

The appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. and nobody came. I called at 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and got an answering machine. I asked for a return call and left a number, but after 24 hours I had received no call and canceled the deal. I learned several days later that there had been a death in the technician's family that prevented him from making the scheduled appointment. I was told earlier this week that an email explaining the situation had been sent in advance of the scheduled appointment, but I did not receive it.

They provided recessed lights and then wired for sconce light since when I scheduled I thought we could put in a recessed light there too, but it was easier and more practical to install a sconce light at top of stairs instead. They didn't have the sconce with them since we weren't planning that, but wired everything so my husband could finish the job. Very nice and professional.

It was good. They were fine. I did have to pay for an electrical box in the ceiling. They did a good job.

They were good. Not a problem. They did respond within a reasonable time in fact very quickly. The electrician was extremely nice, very cordial, very helpful.

The company had a travel charge that was not stated in the deal at purchase. The travel charge was going to be an additional $170.00. I have decided to request a refund.

I purchased the "big deal," but it didn't really seem to save much in the long run -- the total cost ended up being about the same as another estimate I had done a couple of weeks earlier. The work was professional, on time, and they were creative about preventing as much drywall damage as possible in running wires from an existing outlet to the new location.

Went quite good. Installed the fans in a timely manner.

Chris called prior to arrival, was very professional, and did a very good job. Totally satisfied.
