I called them for an estimate, they told me someone would call back to discuss what I needed...no one called back and I have an answering machine and caller id.

The price was very reasonable. Robert gave me good avice and the ovrall experience was great. I highly recommend them.

We had initially gotten an estimate in early May, which was quite reasonable in comparison to others than we received, and the work was done about five weeks later. They were very upfront about when they could begin work (4-5 weeks out) and we were in no rush so it worked out well. With all the excellent ratings we had seen for them on Angie's List, we figured they were worth the wait! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Installation was a little tricky too seeing how our backyard slopes up, but it looks great! Very respectful of our neighbors and our property. Our yard was completely clean and nothing to tidy up after they left. We could not be happier. We even received a thank you note after we sent our final payment. (We paid half up front and balance on completion of work). These guys were great and we would happily recommend them. Very happy with the results and it is obvious they take pride in their work and value their clients.

Robert and his crew did a good job with our fence. He came highly recommended by our rental property manager and also here on Angie's List. They were very conscientious in installing the fence as close to the ground as possible so we wouldn't have to worry about our dogs getting out. We've received a ton of compliments - it looks great. His price was very fair and we'd definitely recommend him in the future.

I've been trying to work with them, but they won't return my phone calls and emails. He did have the lowest price, but he hasn't yet returned my emails or calls which is a little annoying. He did have the lowest price, but he doesn't seem to keen on doing the work. I know they are local and have done the majority of fences in my neighborhood, but I'm not getting any response at all. The guy I have been working with is the Vice President and he just hasn't been very responsive. I know they do good work because their work is everywhere in my neighborhood, maybe they are just busy, I don't know what the deal is.

I called and left a message on Thursday, September 2, 2010 that I would like an estimate on fencing my backyard. I received a call on Tuesday, September 7 and was told that an estimator would stop by soon. I asked if that would be in the next day or two and was told that it would be the next time he was up in the Youngsville area. As of today, September 15, I haven't heard a word from the company. Apparently, they are too busy to be concerned about my business. I would not call them again. Very unprofessional in these current times.

They were very good and did a really good job.

This is a professional crew who know what they're doing. Gave free estimate and advice. On time. First rate men and equipment. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Robert and his men were a pleasure to deal with.

It was a great experience. They gave me an estimate that was $250 lower than other estimates. They showed up when they said they would. And they did excellent, detail oriented work! I would highly recommend this company.

He was on time, very polite and stated that if we had any problems whatsoever, we were to call him. I would certainly have him again, if needed.

Called company 2 times 2 different weeks to receive an estimate for a fence. They never returned any of the calls. Would not recommend.

I JUST THINK THAT THEY ARE GREAT. THEY'RE JUST GOOD PEOPLE. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FENCE SINCE IT WAS PUT UP. IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE WHO WILL WORK WITH YOU.
